Singer and undisputed King of Pop, Michael Jackson, passed away today. He was 50. As I haven't the words to express the profound loss felt by many in the world – myself included – a tribute post will be made tomorrow.....

i am in genuine shock - as though it hasn't really happened. the first record i ever bought was a 45 of "ben" in 1972. i was 8 years old. how i loved MJ and the Jackson 5. it's amazing & humbling how far-reaching his talent is/was. the world over is united in mourning.
